Foi difícil tratar de tudo à distância (exigem que as encomendas sejam feitas presencialmente, em dias de semana e em horários específicos) mas lá consegui.
Enviei fotografia do pretendido, definimos por telefone o peso necessário e o tipo de massa. No dia do evento quando foram entregar o bolo e o vi nem queria acreditar. nada tinha a ver com o que pedi. A massa era a que tínhamos combinado mas o recheio não. visualmente estava completamente diferente do enviado. era um bolo feio mesmo.
Se não conseguiam fazer o que pedi teria sido preferível dizerem que não faziam.
Adicionalmente encomendei 600 mini-suspiros e o que fizeram foram suspiros de tamanho normal, que me entregaram em tabuleiros de pastelaria enormes, sem qualquer tipo de película a cobrir que consegui pôr a custo no carro. quando os fui buscar tive de esperar imenso tempo que terminassem de preparar e ainda me perguntaram se precisava mesmo dos 600 porque uns 20 se tinham queimado um bocado e não estavam brancos!!
Enviei email após o baptizado a mostrar o meu desagrado e passado quase um mês continuo sem resposta.
Nota: a primeira foto é do bolo feito por eles e as outras duas eram a referência do que pretendia.
 I ordered the cake for my baby's christening and mini sighs.
It was difficult to deal with everything remotely (they require that orders be placed in person, on weekdays and at specific times) but I managed to do it.
I sent a photo of the desired one, we defined by phone the necessary weight and the type of dough. On the day of the event when the cake was delivered and I saw it I couldn't believe it. It had nothing to do with what I asked for. The dough was what we had agreed on but the filling was not. visually it was completely different from the one sent. it was an ugly cake.
If they couldn't do what I asked, it would have been better to say they didn't.
Additionally, I ordered 600 mini-sighs and what they did were regular-sized puffs, which they delivered to me in huge pastry trays, without any kind of film to cover, which I managed to put in the car with difficulty. when I went to get them I had to wait a long time for them to finish preparing and they even asked me if I really needed the 600 because about 20 had burned a bit and weren't white!!
I sent an email after the christening to show my displeasure and after almost a month I still have no response.
Note: the first photo is of the cake made by them and the other two were the reference of what I wanted.
