★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If staying in Quarteira, you must go to this place and try their fresh pastries and coffee. We stayed just round the corner and went there every morning to try different pastries. My husband's favourite was the warm custard tarts with cinnamon on top (remember to ask for the cinnamon) and my favourites were everything with almonds. They also do a lush small chicken pie and freshly squeezed orange juice. Don't forget to take a ticket to join the que. Wish we were there right now again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once we enter the shop, I asked when is it going to close? She replied at 10.30 pm. Then we give them an order. The way staff working is not happy at all they given toste like no taste at all and coffee given cold and took money wrongly. Luckily we checked the bill and tell them. Really bad experience not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to have breakfast. We went there every morning for cup of coffee and pastel de nata. The ladies who work in the morning shifts are very friendly and lovely. The pastel de nata is delicious!!! Definately place to visit when you are in Algarve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Its worth the bike ride from Vale de Judeu where I've been staying for the past few months. The half + half coffee is the best I've had in the Algarve and the cakes are fantastic. I'm trying to test them all before I return to the UK in February! Combine this with the front line sea view and its pretty perfect
