★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I visited after passing the place several times and noticed how busy they were. We certainly were not disappointed! She had the homemade Deviled egg sandwich, I tried the Uncle Bill's chili and grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was made on site and was superb. Chili was excellent, though a bit thick, combination of beans and heat was perfect and the best I've had in the area. Service was great even though they were busy, staff was friendly and helpful since it was our first visit. Menu varied with plenty of offerings. We bought a few bakery items to go and were well pleased with the lemon bars and cannoli's. Atmosphere pleasant, seating comfortable but no booths. They even offer breakfast items including eggs, gravy biscuit and such. This just may be the best deli and bakery for miles around and we will definitely be back.
