★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma pastelaria normal, sem fabrico próprio, de tamanho médio para o local e com 3 mesas no exterior (no passeio). O pessoal é simpático e pareceram-me bons profissionais.
It is a normal patisserie, without its own manufacture, medium in size for the place and with 3 tables outside (on the sidewalk). The staff are friendly and they seemed to be good professionals.

Mas foi a última vez.
Haviam 4 croissantes, perguntamos se eram frescos e uma das empregadas perguntou à outra que disse após alguns segundos que sim.
Mas na realidade não eram.
Não havia necessidade de mentir, até porque nós compravámos na mesma.
Fica a nota, de manhã cedo a pastelaria não é fresca, a não ser as natas que são produto da casa.
It is in this cafe that for the last 15 years, I have had my last coffee before leaving Portugal.
But it was the last time.
There were 4 croissants, we asked if they were fresh and one of the maids asked the other who said after a few seconds yes.
But in reality they weren't.
There was no need to lie, as we bought it anyway.
Please note, in the early morning the pastry is not fresh, except for the cream, which is a product of the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacía mucho tiempo no paraba con el camión en Vilar Formoso, hoy paré y baje a caminar un rato, vi muchos bares cerrados pero encontré esta pastelería donde he comido el mejor pastel portugués de mi vida y un café delicioso. A partir de ahora cada vez que pase con el camión por allí pararé disfrutar las cosas ricas que tienen y muy bien atendido.

For a long time I had not stopped with the truck in Vilar Formoso, today I stopped and went down for a walk, I saw many closed bars but I found this pastry shop where I have eaten the best Portuguese cake of my life and delicious coffee. From now on, every time I pass by with the truck, I will stop to enjoy the delicious things they have and are very well cared for.
