★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very sympathetic, everything else about the hotel is a let down. Simply not worth its 4 star rating nor its room rates. Rooms were cold, breakfast always the same, no space for parking (most of the times when we returned all space was occupied by clients off the restaurant) and sauna is in a separate building and at additional cost. A shame as we really liked Estremoz.

Very cool oval windows in very thick walls in the second floor rooms. Very comfy beds, good facilities, good breakfast.
Stiff clientele (business, old couples) and, generally, a bit stifling air about the place. Feels like a poor value for a town that "should be" cheap to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property and grounds, but the rooms could use an update. They are definitely comfortable and spacious but would be nice to have newer hair dryers and key cards. Good comfortable beds. Great breakfast serving eggs and local specialties.
