★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rarely do I post a review, but this restaurant lost in Ribatejo is an absolute must go. Having been to multiple michelin starred restaurants I'm confident this will have one someday. Reminds me of a young Tim Raue, the legendary Berlin chef. An absolute pearl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the best food we've ever eaten! We went there for dinner and liked it so much we decided to come back the next day for lunch, even though we were staying in a hotel 40 km away!
The restaurant offers dishes which are a mix between Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. They make the flavours work together perfectly. Also, the staff is super friendly.
If you have the chance, definitely come to this restaurant. We know that we'll be back for sure! ?
