★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava ser um excelente local para reparar equipamento informático, nomeadamente da mac/apple.
Desta vez, há 11 dias que deixei um equipamento para fazer orçamento de reparação dos altifalantes de um macbook, prometeram uma resposta por telefone no máximo de 3 dias e ainda nada.
Há 5 dias que telefono 2 a 3 vezes por dia e ninguém responde. E, como me disseram que o macbook iria para o laboratório, que não sei onde é nem vem indicado na net, nem sequer posso ir buscá-lo.
It used to be an excellent place to repair computer equipment, namely mac / apple.
This time, 11 days ago I left a device to make a repair budget for the speakers of a macbook, they promised a response by phone within a maximum of 3 days and still nothing.
I've been calling 2 to 3 times a day for 5 days and no one answers. And, as I was told that the macbook would go to the lab, that I don't know where it is or is indicated on the net, I can't even go and get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be fantastic in terms of efficiency, price and service. They are now terrible. They are slow, impossible to contact and really expensive. I gave them a drive to look at. No-one contacted me about the progress, I couldn't contact them and had to use their online contact. Three weeks later I received a reply. The price was too expensive so i asked for the drive to be returned. A further two weeks later I have received no reply and am unable to contact them. Terrible, do not go anywhere near them. Very sad considering how brilliant they used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cleaned my iPhone, free of charge. Now I can hear my speakers and charge my phone again. Also, I needed a new battery and it was only 39.99 to replace it. A lot better than buying a new phone.
