Fui ali por uma recuperação de dados num dispositivo e demoraram 2 meses em recuperara o que havia nele (mas nesse periodo nem me ligavam, nem informavam do que estava a acontecer). Acabei por ter que ir ali 3 vezes pessoalmente e ligar muitas mais e sempre diziam que estavão a trabalhar nisso. Depois de 2 mêses decidi levantar os dispositivos para leva los a um outro lugar: no outro lugar só demoraram 24h em me dar uma resposta e recuperar os dados! Sinto que estiveram a brincar conmigo...
 This place is very professional. I went there for a data recovery on a device and it took 2 months to recover what was on it (but in that time they would not call me or report what was happening). I ended up having to go there 3 times in person and call many more and always said they were working on it. After 2 months I decided to lift the devices to take them to another place: in the other place it only took 24 hours to give me an answer and recover the data! I feel like they were playing with me ...

Paguei bem por um reballing de uma PS3 e na verdade o que foi feito foi um "reflow", que passado poucas semanas já estava igual.
Além de, sem me terem perguntado nada, terem actualizado o firmware da consola, e ter perdido toda a informação que tinha nela.
Péssimo serviço.
Very unprofessional.
I paid well for a PS3 reballing and in fact what was done was a "reflow", which after a few weeks was already the same.
Besides, without having asked me anything, they updated the console's firmware, and lost all the information I had on it.
Poor service.
