★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support is terrible. They sold me a broken msi laptop and didnt let me activate the warranty. I showed them videos and all the needed documentation. The whole thing was ridiculous and super unprofessional.

8 days have passed since my order and nothing was sent. They don't answer to emails and don't answer the phone.
Disappointed after so many years of good service... a pitty
