★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraram-me dinheiro para fazerem traceroute ip add no novo Router da MEO, exigiram que paga-se antes de fazer o serviço e quando questionei "e se não conseguirem fazer isso?" disseram-me "isso não é considerável, tem de ficar feito".. Pagamos, e nada foi feito, a solução foi dada numa chamada para fazer "bridge"... o que não soluciona nada... Desde então, 3 meses a fazer chamadas e só sabem dizer "nesta linha não o posso ajudar", por email nem sequer respondem...
 They charged me money to do traceroute ip add on the new MEO Router, demanded that you pay before doing the service and when I asked "what if you can't do that?" I was told "this is not considerable, it has to be done" .. We paid, and nothing was done, the solution was given in a call to "bridge" ... which does not solve anything ... Since then, 3 months making calls and they only know how to say "I can't help you on this line", they don't even respond by email ...
