Contratei esta suposta "empresa" para me fazerem um certificado energético da minha casa de férias, foram lá fazer o serviço e disseram me que me enviavam o certificado e a fatura ao fim de 3 dias. Eu paguei pelo serviço no próprio dia. Já se passou uma semana e nada recebi. Efectuei vários contactos e nada fizeram ou disseram. Parece que estão a gozar com os próprios clientes, é vergonhoso . Tive que fazer queixa nas finanças porque paguei e não me querem dar o recibo ou fatura do que eu já paguei.
The worst company ever. I hired this supposed "company" to make me an energy certificate for my holiday home, they went there to do the service and told me that they would send me the certificate and the invoice after 3 days. I paid for the service the same day. A week has passed and I have received nothing. I made several contacts and did nothing or said anything. It seems that they are making fun of the customers themselves, it is shameful. I had to complain about finances because I paid and they don't want to give me the receipt or invoice for what I already paid.
