Horrible! Lousy service! We pay the appointment, and they leave us waiting at 1:30 a.m., and when the doctor decides to take care of us, we are poorly attended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela porque sim... péssimo atendimento, o meu marido tinha uma endoscopia para fazer esrava a espera a 4 meses hoje ligaram 1 vez, como trabalho com maquinas nao ouvi e liguei logo a seguir... resposta: somos uma clinica nao vamos insistir na mesma pessoa, ja passámos a frente e a vaga ja esta preenchida... ou seja nem um segundo telefonema, nem uma mensagem a avisar as pessoas... nao se vao desculpar com o covid pois nao???!!
I gave one star because yes... bad service, my husband had an endoscopy to do and was waiting for 4 months today they called 1 time, as I work with machines I didn't hear and I called right after... let's insist on the same person, we've already moved on and the vacancy is already filled... that is, not a second phone call, not a message to warn people... they won't apologize to the covid, will they???!!
