M	M. ANGELES R M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pequeño restaurante muy acogedor y con estupenda ubicación y vistas geniales desde su exterior. Platos muy bien cocinados y todos con estupendas guarniciones. El propietario, Luis, de trato muy agradable, es también artista alfarero y algunas de sus piezas decoran el restaurante. Lugar muy recomendable para degustar la cocina tradicional portuguesa en fusión con platos de influencia oriental. Small restaurant very cozy and with great location and great views from the outside. Dishes very well cooked and all with great garnishes. The owner, Luis, very pleasant, is also a potter and some of his pieces decorate the restaurant. Highly recommended place to taste the traditional Portuguese cuisine in fusion with oriental influences.

Para além dos pratos típicos alentejanos, podemos encontrar algumas iguarias chinesas, visto que a sua esposa é chinesa. Para entrada, fomos pela sugestão do dono, que era chinesa, com camarão, e um molho inventado pelo dono que estava muito bom. Para prato principal, escolhemos o bacalhau dourado, que para além de vir bem servido, estava muito bom, e plumas de porco preto, que estavam igualmente espectaculares. Bebemos vinho a copo, que era muito bom. O preço (com mais uma água de 1.5L e um café) foi cerca de 33 euros. In addition to the typical Alentejo dishes, we can find some Chinese delicacies, since your wife is Chinese. For starter, we went for the owner's suggestion, which was Chinese, with shrimp, and a sauce invented by the owner that was very good. For main course we chose the golden cod, which besides being well served, was very good, and black pork feathers, which were equally spectacular. We drank wine by the glass, which was very good. The price (with another 1.5L water and a coffee) was about 33 euros.

Es muy pequeño y poco concurrido, algo que se agradece, lejos de los tumultuosos lugares de Elvas donde también se come bien. No esperes una gran carta, su propietario te informará de los platos de los que dispones y te aconsejará de las cantidades a elegir. Sus "dosis" o raciones son bien servidas, suficientes para dos personas, y su sabor, calidad y presentación hacen que en este agradable lugar disfrutes de una tranquila comida. Su ubicación inmejorable y las vistas desde su terracita exterior seguro que dan envidia a cualquiera de los más lujosos. El lugar está decorado con artesanía en barro, pues el propietario es un conocido artesano local. Lleva poco tiempo abierto, y egoístamente, esperemos que no se convierta en uno de esos lugares que cada fin de semana se llenan de gente. It is very small and little crowded, something that is appreciated, away from the tumultuous places of Elvas where you also eat well. Do not expect a great menu, its owner will inform you of the dishes you have and will advise you on the quantities to choose. Its "doses" or portions are well served, enough for two people, and its flavor, quality and presentation make this pleasant place to enjoy a quiet meal. Its unbeatable location and the views from its outdoor terrace are sure to make any of the most luxurious envy. The place is decorated with clay crafts, as the owner is a well-known local craftsman. It has only been open for a short time, and selfishly, we hope that it does not become one of those places that are filled with people every weekend.

El trato con el dueño y el resto de empleados ha sido excelente y la comida es muy buena con raciones generosas... sin duda, un lugar para repetir. Actualización: Desgraciadamente han decidido cerrar por las noches, ofreciendo solo almuerzos. Una lastima porque las cenas en ese lugar tenían un encanto especial. Ojalá las retomen en el futuro. Charming place, very cozy. The treatment with the owner and the rest of the employees has been excellent and the food is very good with generous portions ... without a doubt, a place to repeat. Update: Unfortunately they have decided to close at night, offering only lunches. A shame because the dinners at that place had a special charm. Hopefully they will be retained in the future.
