Precisei tratar de um assunto com o Pedro Carrasquinho, representante da empresa, por me terem partido a tubagem de água e esgotos com uma máquina, desloquei me à loja várias vezes, numa das vezes mandou me espetar que já me recebia, saiu pela porta de trás e eu à espera. Quando foram à procura dele, já não estava. Na última vez que lá fui, mandou um funcionário dizer que não me recebia.
É no mínimo vergonhoso com uma casa aberta a fugir dos clientes....
Terrible!!! I had to discuss a matter with Pedro Carrasquinho, the company's representative, because they had broken the water and sewage pipes with a machine, I went to the store several times, one of the times he ordered me to be jabbed that he was already receiving me, he left through the door of back and I waiting. When they went looking for him, he was gone. The last time I went there, he sent an employee to say that he was not receiving me.
It's embarrassing to say the least with an open house running away from customers....
