★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is managed by Apartments Alfama. I don’t recommend staying at this apartment. We had this apartment for a few days and there were some major issues with the property:
1. The toilet seat was broken and the property managers failed to fix it before our visit. It was simply detached from the toilet, making it almost impossible to use the toilet.
2. The property managers did not display accurate photos of the bathroom. We were surprised to learn that the toilet and shower were in one small cabin, so when you shower, you’re essentially standing in a tiny cabin with the toilet and the entire place floods. The overall size of the bathroom is tiny.
3. The door frames and the overall height of the ceilings are very low, not suited for anyone over 1 m 80.
4. The entire apartment smells of humidity. It’s impossible to use the drawers in the bedroom, because your entire clothes will stink.
5. There is 0 soundproofing. You will hear everything the neighbors are doing, every screech, every movement.
The owners of this property have no decency to ask for good money for a terrible experience.
