Pelourinho de Cerca constuído em 1617, o pelourinho assenta sobre um degrau quadrangular de aresta de pequenas dimensões. A coluna tem base cúbica encimada por bocel e estreita moldura circular, na base ou plinto, pode ler-se a inscrição 1.6.1.7. A. N. O. S. O fuste tem secção otogonal conseguida através do ligeiro chanfro de arestas de um pilar quadrangular. Não existe capitel. A base do remate é uma grande peça quadrangular e saliente, fazendo as vezes de Ábaco que após marcado estrangulamento volta a alargar-se para formar uma pirâmide de secção quadrada. O pelourinho foi inicialmente erguido junto dos antigos Paços do Concelho, tendo sido depois transferido para o Largo do mercado. Estava desmontado em1951. Os seus elementos então dispersos foram reunidos por iniciativa da junta de freguesia local e finalmente remontados em 1952 no local atual, diante do solar setecentista denominado casa de Pedro Vedro com cuja arquitectura se harmoniza.

The column has a cubic base surmounted by a mouthpiece and a narrow circular frame, at the base or plinth, the inscription 1.6.1.7 can be read. A. N. O. S. The shaft has an otogonal section achieved through the slight chamfer of edges of a quadrangular pillar. There is no capital. The base of the shot is a large square and protruding piece, making the times of Abacus that after marked strangulation widens again to form a pyramid of square section. The pillory was initially built next to the old Town Halls, and was later transferred to Largo do Mercado. It was dismantled in 1951. Its elements, then dispersed, were gathered at the initiative of the local parish council and finally reassembled in 1952 at the current location, in front of the 18th century manor house called Pedro Vedro with whose architecture is harmonized.
