C	Christian Holzner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich Ok aber auch nur weil ich von Indien abgehärtet bin. Für Standard Touristen eine harte Nummer. Das Personal ist freundlich versteht aber kein Englisch! Im Nachhinein muss ich sagen: Zahlte vor Ort bar aber booking kassieren das selbe. Ok for me, but only because India hardened me. A tough number for standard tourists. The staff is friendly but doesn't understand English! In retrospect, I have to say: Paid cash on site, but booking collects the same.
Z	Zita Marques on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei simpatia, um quarto limpo não muito grande mas acolhedor a cama é boa a agua do duche tambem, a unica coisa que falha é a tv e um pouco de barulho nas ruas I found sympathy, a clean room not too big but cozy the bed is good the shower water too, the only thing that fails is the tv and some noise in the streets

Aconselho as pessoas passarem bem longe daquilo se é q se pode chamar de "hostel". Horrible! Filthy room, DIDN'T HAVE WIFI. A gentleman just to do everything and did nothing. A smell that couldn't be left there. I advise people to get away from it if you can call it a "hostel".

Instalações a precisar de remodelações urgentes. Demasiado caro para a pouca qualidade que apresenta The rooms was bad in cubicles that we could move around the bed and the beds too small for 2 people, much less for two people and a baby, as indicated on the reservation. Facilities in need of urgent refurbishment. Too expensive for the poor quality it presents
R	Rafael Neves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto onde ficamos não estava limpo de todo, encontramos cabelos na borda da sanita, junto com manchas de urina. A banheira estava por lavar, com vários pelos. O cobertor da cama tinha bolor e estava manchado. Os lençóis estavam manchados com o que parecia ser esperma, com manchas amarelas e com o que pareciam ser pelos púbicos dentro da cama. As cabeceiras não eram limpas por trás e estavam cheias de pó. As toalhas estavam manchadas. Para além disso o quarto diz ter aquecimento e wifi, o aquecimento não existe e o wifi não funciona. O atendimento não foi agradável, tal como o aspecto do recepcionista. Tinha-mos o espaço reservado por duas noites e nem a primeira conseguimos lá ficar, tendo reservado outro hotel já eram 23:30 da noite, uma vez que depois de nos por-mos dentro da cama nos sentimos tão enojados que não conseguia-mos dormir. No entanto apenas nos foi reembolsada a segunda noite. Não recomendo a ninguém acima de tudo devido à extrema falta de higiene. The room we stayed in was not clean at all, we found hair on the edge of the toilet, along with urine stains. The bathtub was unwashed, with several hairs. The blanket on the bed was moldy and stained. The sheets were stained with what appeared to be sperm, yellow stains, and what appeared to be pubic hair inside the bed. The headboards were not clean behind and were full of dust. The towels were stained. Also the room says it has heating and wifi, the heating doesn't exist and the wifi doesn't work. The service was not pleasant, as was the appearance of the receptionist. We had the space reserved for two nights and not even the first we could stay there, having booked another hotel it was already 23:30 pm, since after we got into bed we felt so disgusted that we couldn't to sleep. However we were only refunded the second night. I do not recommend it to anyone above all because of the extreme poor hygiene.
V	Vânia Magalhães on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Para começar não vi funcionário nenhum para fazer limpeza, vi um senhor já com uma certa idade com mau aspeto, super antipático! Os quartos estavam cheios de pó, camas sujas, com cheiro a mofo, creio que nem devem ser mudadas! Casas de banho a cheirarem muito mal, todas sujas, com cinzas de cigarros pelo chão! Para não falar que as imagens que tem na Internet nada tem a ver com a pura realidade! Tive lá 2 noites e nunca limparam o quarto nem sequer toalhas lavadas davam! Corredores com o chão todo sujo e teias de aranha! Nunca vi ninguém a limpar! E no dia em que venho embora não é que me deparo que saiu um casal e logo de seguida chega um senhor e é encaminhado para o mesmo quarto sem antes ser limpo e desinfetado!! Já é mau não ter a limpeza que devia ter e depois na situação que tamos do Covid! Não aconselho, aquele "Hotel" precisa de ser fechado imediatamente! Para não falar no valor absurdo que paguei por dias noites! Horrível!!!!!!!! Horrible! To start with, I didn't see any employee to do cleaning, I saw a man already with a certain age with a bad appearance, super unfriendly! The rooms were full of dust, dirty beds, with a musty smell, I think they shouldn't even be changed! Bathrooms smell really bad, all dirty, with cigarette ash on the floor! Not to mention that the images you have on the Internet have nothing to do with pure reality! I had 2 nights there and they never cleaned the room nor did even washed towels give! Corridors with dirty floors and cobwebs! I've never seen anyone cleaning! And on the day that I am leaving, it is not that I find that a couple left and soon after a man arrives and is taken to the same room without first being cleaned and disinfected !! It is bad enough not to have the cleanliness that it should have and then in the situation we are in Covid! I do not advise, that "Hotel" needs to be closed immediately! Not to mention the absurd amount I paid for days nights! Horrible!!!!!!!!

T	Thomas Ost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap hotel and that is what you get. The old guy at the reception didn't speak one word of English and we could manage only with Google translator. The hotel is in very bad shape... The bed even though was in OK condition and for just sleeping there one night it was acceptable, but I cannot recommend that place at all. (In case you are used to low budget hotel in Asia and you don't want to spend more than 10 € then it is fine.)
