★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice clean hotel, with a lovely receptionist Mme Martins who helped us out, (thank god) as we were badly parked and the road police came along and stuck a yellow block around the wheel, the price was going up by the hour because we don't speak Portuguese, all instructions just by telephone... So she got it sorted, anyway, lovely spacious room with a view, and right in the centre of stylish Lisbon ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. The worst experience in my life and I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Dirty rooms and carpets, smell, cold and staff was completely unfriendly. Just one star for a location ... I hope that I have no blight or sickness ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the city, very convenience to the places around. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Paulo and the lady who stored our bags on our arrival. Triple room with two small balcony. Room cleaned with fresh towels every time we arrived back from outing. Overall we are happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the place is a little old but has a lot of cachet. otherwise staff is kind and very helpful. If you are looking for a budget option do not hesitate to book a room here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were really friendly however the facilities were outdated. The room was a little unclean and had a musty smell. It was a fixed breakfast, so no choice. It was really hard to find, the entrance was a door at the side of the building but with no sign to point out it was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really old hotel in the middle of Lisboa. It has a perfect location to discover the city. If you’re looking for a fancy place, you shouldn’t book this place. It’s old, but has got everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is small but you get more then enough to start your day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect. The building is an old building, rooms could be decorated and arranged in a better way. You will just prefer to sleep there not else. Breakfast really need to be changed, you'll have one croissant one bread one coffee and some butter honey jam nothing else!! There is no parking there (I guess they have not admit it although I stayed 3 nights they just said it's full but haven't seen it) they advised me a 10 minute parking costs 11 euros.
