Funcionários com pouca vontade de trabalhar e gosto no que fazem. O funcionário nao ajudou na escolha de uma troca de um t-shirt. Havia vários modelos que nao me foram apresentados pelo funcionário e nem tentou perceber os meus gostos. Numa loja como a Pepe Jeans ,onde o mínimo de uma t-shirt e' de 40 euros, estava espera de mais profissionalismo por parte dos funcionários. Nao voltarei!

Employees unwilling to work and like what they do. The clerk did not help in choosing a t-shirt change. There were several models that were not presented to me by the employee and did not even try to understand my tastes. In a store like Pepe Jeans, where a minimum of one t-shirt is 40 euros, I was expecting more professionalism from the staff. I will not be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compraram um artigo nesta loja e não gostei. Começaram os problemas. Não fazem devolução, nem emitem talão. Tinha 30 dias para trocar ou perdia o valor do artigo. Tive que escolher outro artigo e pagar o excesso, só para não perder dinheiro. Não recomendo. Existem os lojas equivalentes com melhores políticas de troca.
Bought an item in this store and didn't like it. Problems began. They do not return or issue a receipt. Had 30 days to exchange or lost the value of the item. I had to choose another item and pay the excess, just to not lose money. I do not recommend. There are equivalent stores with better exchange policies.
