Péssimo serviço , não sabem os preços , usam o sistema desatualizado, e para qualquer pergunta tem que se ir ao pequeno balcão ...esperar na fila 5/10min para saber o valor de uma porca ou um parafuso... Vergonhoso
Os empregados são muito mal educados e não tem respeito para o cliente.
Não recomendo está loja de todo...nem loja na amadora nem em Odivelas ..
I've been in Portugal for 3 years, and so far I haven't found the store with the worst customer service... Terrible service, they don't know the prices, they use the outdated system, and for any questions you have to go to the small counter...wait at 5/10min queue to find out the value of a nut or a bolt... Shameful
The employees are very rude and have no respect for the customer.
I don't recommend this shop at all...neither shop in amateur nor in Odivelas ..
