Sou cliente da marca a muitos anos e fui extremamente mal atendida por ter solicitado uma amostra de cremes shiseido pois se vereficarem no meu histórico é a minha marca de eleição. A funcionaria primeiro disse que so me dava uma amostra se comprasse um artigo e apos ter dito que se nao experimemtasse nao puderia saber qual o creme que iria comprar, a outra funcionaria Priscila disse que tinham pouco stock...... Resultado: fui comprar o creme ha sephora... Eu sabia o creme que queria, apenas queria ver a imagem da amostra pois nao sabia o nome
It depends on who answers. I have been a customer of the brand for many years and I was extremely poorly served for requesting a sample of shiseido creams because if you check my history is my brand of choice. The clerk first said that I was only given a sample if I bought an article and after saying that if I didn't try I couldn't know which cream I would buy, the other would work Priscila said they had little stock ...... buy the cream ha sephora ... I knew the cream I wanted, I just wanted to see the sample image because I didn't know the name
