NUNCA têm amostras para oferecer, dizem sempre que acabaram (como se os clientes fossem parvos e não percebessem que as estão a guardar para as amigas); se for à perfumes e Companhia no Porto, nem precisamos de dizer nada, são as funcionárias as primeiras a oferecer e a sugerir os produtos...em Guimarães deveriam seguir o exemplo. Já me aconteceu precisar de ajuda e a funcionária me mandar esperar para atender outra pessoa que chegou depois de mim, o que considero uma falta de respeito e de profissionalismo.
The service leaves something to be desired; employees are not available to serve and have preferences for certain customers. They NEVER have samples to offer, they always say they run out (as if customers were silly and didn't realize they were saving them for their friends); If you go to Perfumes and Company in Porto, we don't need to say anything, the employees are the first to offer and suggest the products ... in Guimarães they should follow suit. It has happened to me that I need help and the clerk has me wait to meet someone else who has come after me, which I consider a lack of respect and professionalism.
