Aprendi a reconhecer quais são os músculos que controlam a saída do xixi e como fortalecer-os graças a uma técnica que combina o estímulo elétrico e visual. Além disso, a fisioterapeuta Laira é muito experta, atenta e faz o acompanhamento da terapia em todo momento. Eu recomendo com olhos fechados está terapia que mudou a minha ida para melhor ???
 My experience with the treatment was great. I learned to recognize which muscles control the output of pee and how to strengthen them thanks to a technique that combines electrical and visual stimulation. In addition, the physiotherapist Laira is very expert, attentive and monitors the therapy at all times. I recommend with eyes closed this therapy that changed my life for the better ???

Foi a fisioterapeuta Laira que me ensinou a conhecer o meu corpo a nível dos músculos do assoalho pélvico assim como me ensinou a contrair e relaxar a respectiva musculatura. Excellent professional in the field of pelvic and urogynecology physiotherapy, always very interested and concerned with each case, doing everything in her power to solve the health problem that plagues us, not looking at the time we spend in each session. It was the physiotherapist Laira who taught me to know my body at the level of the pelvic floor muscles as well as how to contract and relax the respective muscles. After a few sessions I was able to immediately see the results. The losses I started to have made me look for help and I'm glad I found Laira. I am very pleased to know what I have to do and how to do the exercises in order to improve continuously.
