★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço este comentário cerca de 1 ano depois da minha última visita a este salão porque passado este tempo todo o meu cabelo ainda não recuperou de um erro técnico que fez com que o mesmo ficasse quase todo “queimado”.
Fui fazer uma escova progressiva, questionei se tinha formol e disseram-me que não.
No dia achei que a profissional que fez o serviço não estava muito certa dos passos que deveria tomar e achei estranho ter passado o tempo todo do tratamento a chorar e com uma máscara para poder respirar, tal era o cheiro a lixívia.
No final percebi que a minha desconfiança inicial tinha fundamentos porque a profissional aplicou o produto apenas em metade do cabelo e quando passou a prancha o cabelo desprotegido ficou todo queimado.
Tinha o cabelo super comprido e desde aí que tudo o que cresce tenho que cortar porque continua estragado.
Os responsáveis pelo produto e pelo salão foram super atenciosos, inclusive ofereceram alguns tratamentos de botox para ajudar a reparar os danos, mas como senti que não estava a surtir efeito desisti ao final de 4 ou 5 tratamentos.
Desde aí já fiz imensas hidratações e tratamentos mas nunca consegui recuperar nada.
Fiquei mesmo muito triste.
I make this comment about 1 year after my last visit to this salon because after all this time my hair still hasn't recovered from a technical error that made it almost all "burned".
I went to make a progressive brush, I asked if I had formaldehyde and I was told no.
On the day I thought that the professional who did the service was not very sure of the steps she should take and I thought it was strange to have spent the whole time of the treatment crying and with a mask to be able to breathe, such was the smell of bleach.
In the end I realized that my initial distrust was well-founded because the professional applied the product to only half of the hair and when the board passed the unprotected hair was all burned.
I had super long hair and since then everything that grows has to be cut because it is still spoiled.
Those responsible for the product and the salon were very attentive, even offering some botox treatments to help repair the damage, but as I felt it wasn't working, I gave up after 4 or 5 treatments.
Since then I have done lots of hydrations and treatments but I have never been able to recover anything.
I was really sad.
