★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic 5* hotel centrally situated in the beautiful city of Cascais. We stayed here 2 nights in June 2021.
The hotel is located in an old fortress, which make it so special! The rooms are very spacious and clean and there is everything you need. The staff is very friendly and always available. They communicate in English easily.
The hotel is huge and it has an inside and outside pool and even a rooftop terrace with deck chairs. From the outside pool you have a nice view on the water and the fortress…
The breakfast is amazing and one of the best ones we had during our stay in Portugal.
You have access to a public car parking with your room badge (this parking contains an extra charge and is close to the hotel) but there is also a big public parking at 5 minutes walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, it's a tourist attraction. Great breakfast. Many options and they treat restrictions seriously. Very thick walls depending on the location within the hotel. If you stay "outside" it's like 50 cm so it's super quiet. The room was big but pretty dark. Bed was very soft and sometimes you can feel like you're one a boat. Room service/cleaning is unpredictable. They can arrive on 2pm, 4 pm or even 7 pm. If they see someone's in the room they knock and open the door after a second. Or they can even enter the room even if you're in and you have a call. It's unacceptable. Cleaning ladies don't speak even basic English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best accommodation option in Cascais. The location is perfect. Spectacular hotel in all its physical details and service, but mainly for offering excellent service. Rooms are clean and welcoming. Beds and pillows are extremely comfy. The restaurant is exceptional and super trendy: delicious food and a wide variety of drinks. I highly recommend it! This is the third time I've stayed at the hotel and I can't wait to return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location with nice view to the marine, good and clean bedrooms. Interior swimming pool is a very good option for kids and babies to avoid direct sunshine. Staff were nice but a bit unexperienced/unskilled for a 5*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, perfect location, good services, very nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Big thank you for Ana Rita who is a role model of perfect service.
Also big thanks to hotel management for being flexible for Ironman athletes and serve breakfast at 5am.
Highly recommended. I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay here! Really unique setting. The view of the marina from the terrace rooms is lovely. The location is quite central for exploring Cascais. The spa and pool were great. The staff were attentive and helpful, we felt well taken care off!
