Very helpful and happy staff. Our 6th visit, and will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely situated close to the cliffs overlooking the ocean and within easy walking distance of both beach and city centre facilities. The apartments/rooms are well presented, comfortable and clean. Very nice pool, excellent restaurant, helpful staff and conscientious cleaners, make for a very satisfactory stay in a relaxed atmosphere.

The food of the restaurant was flawless, the beach at a walking distance, very nice swimming pools for adults and children, a good relaxing environment and well behaved guests. Lots of good memories to stay with us. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time at Pestana Palm, we were well looked after and the accommodation and service from the whole team was great. We loved the location, views, the pool and breakfast. We also had dinner one evening which was very nice. The villa (No 51) had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable for the family. Great place to relax. Obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff and villa for the price, 10/10 to the restaurant manager and his team very professional and welcoming.
Free bottle of wine gifted to us for my birthday and room was clean and well equipped.
Only downside was we had a creme egg go missing, possible chocolate ghost onsite...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent position within walking distance to the beach and to the centre of the town/village. Our town house was spacious with spectacular views of the sea and very clean. It is over three floors and therefore there are a lot of steps. The best thing about it is the roof terrace which we use a lot.
