Very welcoming place and the employees (Ana and Liliana) make a wonderful duo in the service, they make us feel at home, they are very affectionate with the bigeyes and the prices are unbeatable, when I'm away from Lisbon I make a big plane because I haven't found a better one.

Para além de simpáticas são profissionais, ajudam em tudo, e ainda com paciência para os nossos animais. Fazem de veterinárias, de psicólogas e lojistas. Muitos parabéns, são paragem obrigatória para a nossa cadelinha que começa a puxar a trela logo no início da rua. Obrigada por todo o carinho It's impossible for anyone to say that Liliana or Ana was poorly attended to. In addition to being friendly, they are professionals, they help in everything, and even with patience for our animals. They act as veterinarians, psychologists and shopkeepers. Many congratulations, they are an obligatory stop for our little dog who starts pulling her leash right at the beginning of the street. thanks for all the affection

Só sugiro uma coisa: alterem a mensagem de atendimento do tlm Adoro a loja e os meus animais também!? Although the space is small, it contains a variety of articles. R	Raíssa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO THERE!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unprofessional, rude, aggressive, unwelcoming staff (lady - more like ogre). DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY. A shame!! I tried speaking to the manager or owner but was told they only pass by occasionally... too bad, because they're surely LOSING MONEY because of that nasty woman. I wish I could rate this ZERO stars. Yes, it was THAT BAD!
