★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give -5 stars, never have I ever been more disappointed in the haircut provided to my dog. She is a Cockerpoo and had a beautiful "beard" on her snout. I got a call from the groomer she asked if she could take off a bit from the snout because of knots. I said yes but did not agree to get her face completely shaved off. Besides her face, most places the cuts are uneven. Her front paws are looking mismatched due to the bad cut. Here and there are longer hairs again due to the bad cut. I said I was unhappy with it but the reaction was: "I even cut my finger she was being difficult, I had to do it because of the knots it was impossible to do differently. You have to explain it to your wife that there was no other way". I have been to a few groomers, even with knots they always managed as you can see from the pictures it looks like a completely different dog she went from a Cocker ? to a Poodle ?.... The small face looks disproportionate to the rest of the body. Half of the belly was shaved, I wanted it trimmed the entire underpart but why shave half the belly? I am dissatisfied with this service, will not be going back and recommend anyone to avoid this place.
