I read Post but I still decided to try it myself. Really the service leaves something to be desired. Phone that does not answer, endless waiting to try to buy parts and accessories anyway, if there is an option I recommend trying before this one.

I tried to schedule a review over the phone and both the brand number and the customer service number replied that it was not possible to connect. I find this frankly deplorable and an indication of a lack of rigor in services.
