★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez na primeira pandemia era organizado e nem havia a necessidade de sair do carro. Hoje achei uma falta de organização. Faz se o teste e até é rápido, mas depois fiquei mais uma hora, após realizar o teste, com uma senha aguardar uma chamada para apresentar o cc e assinar um documento. Agora pergunto, não era melhor primeiro identificarem o paciente e depois realizarmos o teste e ir embora? Pelos vistos não, é melhor realizar o teste de forma rápida e depois ficar tudo ao molho e fé em Deus a aguardar para apresentar e assinar documentos. Não tinha sequer álcool gel nas redondezas para os clientes desinfetarem as mãos, só encontrávamos nas mesas onde nos dirigimos para a assinar e entregar a documentação e ficamos à espera uma hora para sermos chamados para assinar o papel e cc. Por mim esta farmácia não conte comigo! Tudo feito a quem quer e não pode o que nos leva até a desconfiar na veracidade do serviço. E ainda, quando se faz o teste não pedem nenhuma identificação só o nome, por exemplo se disser o meu nome é Maria João e outra pessoa disser Maria João entra faz o teste e será que conseguem fazer distinções das pessoas. Parece que o que interessa é ganharem o dinheiro dos testes pelo SNS mas esquecem- se que estamos no meio de uma pandemia e tem de existir organização e cuidados, que neste lugar deixam a desejar, dentro de um parque abafado as pessoas á espera mais de uma hora só para assinarem e se identificarem, isto é ridículo! Marcam muitos testes para o mesmo horário, fazer o teste até fazem, até são rápidos, mas pouco ou nada adianta se depois se espera tanto tempo e nas condições que descrevi.

There was not even alcohol gel in the vicinity for customers to disinfect their hands, we only found them at the tables where we went to sign and deliver the documentation and we waited an hour to be called to sign the paper and cc. For me this pharmacy does not count on me! All done to those who want and cannot, which leads us to distrust the veracity of the service. And yet, when taking the test, they don't ask for any identification, just the name, for example if I say my name is Maria João and someone else says Maria João, come in, take the test and will they be able to make distinctions between people. It seems that what matters is to earn the money from the tests through the SNS but they forget that we are in the middle of a pandemic and there has to be organization and care, which in this place leave something to be desired, inside a stuffy park people are waiting for more than an hour just to sign and identify themselves, this is ridiculous! They schedule many tests for the same time, taking the test they even do, they are even fast, but little or nothing helps if you wait so long afterwards and in the conditions I described.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely WORST experience ever and very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude staff. I'm a foreigner living in Gaia and my Portuguese isnt good yet. I understad most but I don't speak well yet so I spoke with the pharmacist in English. She seemed nice at first. Then suddenly she started talking Portuguese with my Portuguese friend, who accompanied me to the pharmacy saying "Oh, I think when people come to Portugal they should speak Portuguese" and other stuff like that. My friend of course defended me and later had to comfort me because the whole time I understood what she was saying and got really upset about it. If you're a foreigner like me you should definitely not go there because they speak bad about you while youre literally in front of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service gets two stars because the female nurse who took the test entered the two nostrils with zero delicate skill and was super aggressive doing it. She has no skill!!!! I have been getting tests for two years and she was the worst person of all. No need to be so aggressive in the action. She stayed a long time in both nostrils making it even more painful. On the other hand, the young men taking the data were very polite. Mixed feelings: she was awful. They were very nice.
