Grosse arnaque!!! J'habite en France et sur les conseils de mon éleveuse j'ai acheté sur leur site un spray pour ma chienne. Après avoir commandé et débité de ma carte bleue je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis (2 mois). Hier j'envoie un mail , ils viennent de me répondre qu'ils ne m'ont pas envoyé mon produit car ils attendent l'ordonnance du vétérinaire ?!!! Si cela avait été clairement indiqué sur leur site, jamais je n'aurais commandé chez eux, j'aurais été directement chez mon véto....je demande le remboursement total !!!!

I wish I didn't use them. Needed a medication for my cat so after a Google search I concluded their price was slightly better. 4 days after they received the payment I questioned when should I be expecting the item. The response was "probably 5 days after the shipment sometimes even longer" I requested a refund as this in my opinion is unacceptable. No-one responded to that. Instead I received an email confirmation the item is been shipped and surprise surprise the tracking number doesn't work. I still haven't got the medication. Avoid at any cost... Edit There is no option to reply to you here so I will add to my existing comments. At the time I purchased the item it did say delivery within 5 days. You received the payment last Thursday. It is the 5th day today and you've only shipped it yesterday. I received the shipment email about 5 hours after I requested a refund. Today I received an email from you asking for the order reference number in order to make the refund (even though it was a reply on your original email that has the reference in it) When I questioned how can you make a refund if you have already sent it you replied that you can't as it is out of your hands. It is clear to me that there is a lack of communication and no organisation or whatsoever in your company and you haven't got a clue what you are doing. Please do not contact me any further. I will be contacting you if I haven't received my item by the end of the week. For your information you should be providing your customers with the opportunity to return the items if they no longer need them as long as they haven't been opened ?. Something that you've failed to do..

After 2 days in the courier’s warehouse, It took the package only 48 hours to get from Lisbon to Bucharest. Even though the order was placed only 10 days before Christmas and I was really worried my package will be stuck in warehouses during holidays, I got the order exactly in 7 days (3 days it stayed in the Bucharest post office, because here they tend to work very slow…).
