★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shady ways of working - will only accept cash from foreign nationals. The card machine was clearly on display and had the usual contactless and bank card logos. They point you to the nearest ATM to get cash very weird!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a rude couple of girls talking, looked for a ticket machine but didn't see it. Was the only customer waiting but the 2 young girls would not serve me just kept talking after 5mins another customer came in & I saw them get a ticket. The girls stopped talking & immediately served them.
I got a ticket, the girl called me over & was so rude to me, I very politely said, why did one of you just not say please get a ticket & was told, what's the problem, I am solving your problem now.
She then went out the back followed by the other girl & started talking about me & laughing.
After living here 3yrs and always going to the lovely farmacias in Silves, I was shocked.
Please remember be kind, we may be English but it doesn't mean we don't know Portuguese.
