About Physio Comes to You
Lockdown had the merit of flushing out those dark alcoves where excuses live to put off exercise but more time at home can leave you prone to over doing it. That was my story with what started as a niggle in my heal developing into a massive inflammation of my achilles and forced hanging up of my running shoes. That's when Physio Comes to you comes in. The lay up was inevitable but what was concerning was the prospect of finding a high quality physio to aid my return to tempo and long runs in the midst of tier 4 lockdown. It was great to hear the reassurance that a quality physio was on hand and the home visit that was promtpty arranged put me well on the road to recovery. It may be a while yet before clocking those sub 7 minute miles but with these guys with me every step of the way I know that when the running shoes are back on I will be in best shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jose hat mir sehr kurzfristig geholfen und ist zu mir ins Hotel gekommen. Er ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Zudem war er sehr pünktlich. Zuerst hat er ein Anamnesegespräch geführt und erklärt, was er nun vor hat. Dann hat er vor meinen Augen seine Liege desinfiziert, was ich sehr gut fand. Er hat mich super behandelt und meine Schmerzen fast komplett aufgelöst. Am Ende hat er mir noch wertvolle Tipps gegeben.
 Jose helped me at very short notice and came to my hotel. He is very nice and personable. He was also very punctual. First, he had an anamnesis interview and explained what he was going to do now. Then he disinfected his bed in front of my eyes, which I found very good. He treated me very well and almost completely resolved my pain. In the end, he gave me valuable tips.

He was very thorough and went through all the exercises, treatment and their benefits for a good recovery,very professional with a good manner which builds your confidence,I would reccomend to any one.

What sets him apart is his real (and rare) interest in working out the cause of the problem, and treating that effectively. He uses a range of physio techniques, occasionally supported by acupuncture, and suggests/teaches targeted exercises to prevent further injury.
