Great! I did pilates with the instructor Rebeca and I loved it. Very patient, intelligent and friendly. The pains I felt passed after a few sessions. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional staff and very well run physical therapy center. I have been going to Physiokinesis for over 9 months now following a shoulder surgery that I had done in the US. I started my therapy in New York and then moved to Portugal and was lucky enough to find Physiokinesis. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive, they are very well equipped and my recovery was very swift and was completed on schedule following my surgeons recommended guidelines. Ines has been amazing. She has closely followed my recovery and has been very effective in addressing any issues or difficulties that came up along the way. I highly recommend physiokenisis to anyone looking for a professional service.

Subsequent treatments and exercises are continuing to improve my movements and posture. I am very impressed with the results.
