★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone, da atendendo Marli* salvo engano. Primeiramente desligou o telefone e não quis resolver a situação. Depois que explicamos que ficamos 1 hora aguardando o pedido, nos informou que o pedido estava frio, na cozinha, parado. Informou que ninguém veio buscar (comeremcasa) e que se quisessemos tínhamos que buscar mas que o restaurante provavelmente ja estaria fechado. Ou seja, o restaurante fez pouco caso do nosso pedido, do nosso jantar. Podiam ter ligado informando o problema que iamos buscar, agora dizer que nada se pode fazer, a comida está gelada e já estão fechando, é mesmo frustante!! Nunca mais sentirei vontade de pedir.
 Terrible phone service, from Marli* unless I'm mistaken. First he hung up the phone and didn't want to resolve the situation. After we explained that we waited 1 hour for the order, he informed us that the order was cold, in the kitchen, stopped. He informed that no one came to get it (comeremcasa) and that if we wanted to, we had to get it but that the restaurant would probably already be closed. In other words, the restaurant ignored our request, our dinner. They could have called informing the problem that we were going to look for, now to say that nothing can be done, the food is cold and they are already closing, it's really frustrating!! I will never feel like asking again.

Uma experiência decepcionante.
Terrible service. A let down. Apparent lack of organization and competence. More than an hour waiting for just 3 hamburgers at the takeaway service to come in a deplorable, burnt and dry state.
A disappointing experience.

Positively surprised by the quality of the ingredients and their preparation. Everything was just delicious and the end with a wonderful cream milk. Amazing!
