R	Ross Tracy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from a fantastic week in Pinehills, Vilamoura! This is our second visit to Pinehills and we will be back again next year. The apartments are super, beautiful modern accommodation with everything you could possibly need. The welcome basket is a lovely touch especially the 2 bottles of wine! We travelled with a 5 month old and the pretty much set up camp in Pinehills. The pool is stunning and the addition kids pool was perfect for baby to have a splash. They are in the process of adding a snack bar / restaurant which will be a welcome addition. We ventured to the Marina for dinner on a few occasions which is a 5 minute drive from the apartments but we were happy to sit on the balcony of the apartment to watch the sun set and enjoy some wine! Highly recommend and looking forward to next year already!

Staff is helpful and friendly( good English). Swimming pool is well looked after and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful.mixed crowd ( families, couples all various age), but you don't feel overcrowded or disturbed. The apartment had everything we would need : super fast internet,Tv, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely local ( not overpriced ) restaurants and if you miss tourists place Marina is only few kilometres away. stayed in August 2017
A	Alex Whisker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here late September and we couldn't believe what we paid! Such good value considering what it has to offer and the high standard of accommodation. The whole resort is excellent. The apartments are spacious with everything you need. You cannot fault the cleanliness of the apartments. Decent on site bar/shop which serves a good range of alcohol, snacks, soft drinks and ice creams. Reception are very attentive. You receive a professional service from them. Pool was spotless. We were there for 4 days and it was cleaned every day we were there. Really chilled out atmosphere about the place. They offer a free shuttle bus into Vilamoura until 5.30pm every day. Recommend you use it, it's a very long walk to the marina. Its the nicest place I've stayed in so far in Vilamoura. Will definately go back to Pinehills. Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived around 9pm and were met with the security guard (apologies can’t remember his name). He was very helpful in getting us to our apartment safely and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. When we arrived at the apartment we were stunned to find how clean and modern the place was. 10/10 would come back and stay here again!

And the service from Reuben, Christian and Miguel outstanding. Location is very quiet - car ideal. Only negative really is that the pool would be better heated

When ever we came past reception she would come and have a quick chat to make sure everything was ok with the apartment and ask if we needed anything. She would always ask about our day etc. 10 out of 10 for Filipa, such a lovely lady. The pool was great. Pool towels were supplied, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of Utensils, crockery and cutlery. Large wrap around balcony with a wonderful view. Secure underground parking. The old Village about 6 minutes away is well worth a visit, it's a beautiful place, so pretty with bars and restaurants. Retail outlet around 20 minutes away. 10 minutes to the marina, which was stunning! Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Very lively in the evening. Overall a great holiday. Would definitely like to go back to Pine Hills. Just a heads up to anyone going to Pine Hills.... The hot water ran out quite quickly in our apartment, but there were 5 of us showering! So can't complain too much! Was surprised that we had to pay for the apartment to be cleaned, and for fresh linen and fresh towels! We were there for 10 days so thought it would have all been included, any other holiday abroad we've been on, it would normally be done at least once a week or every 3days. The apartment was cleaned before we arrived and was cleaned when we left. Anything In between that, you have to pay for! But didn't let all that spoil the holiday. We know for next time! 9.0
