★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of goods but the checkouts are terrible. Plan on half an hour to check out your purchase or purchases. The tills are not user friendly judging from the trouble the staff have operating them. The staff are too easily distracted by colleagues or friends. There seems to be no supervision or discipline at the tills. The till operators are not interested in dealing with the people who ultimately pay their wages. The Castelo Branco Forum branch is not the only branch to suffer from these problems. Despite the good selection of goods I avoid this shop wherever possible.
