If this store doesn't need private security to defend an employee who is being insulted by a customer, then instead of turning away that good security guard, send all the security guards away and leave the employees to themselves. They always save a few bucks. Private security is to watch over people and goods, not errand boys or decorative vases.

Onde o segurança da mesma loja chegou sem motivo, porque apenas estava a reclamar um cliente como Há muitas vezes, chegou, encostou se ao senhor de forma intimidatoria, no qual foi pedido para se distanciar devido ao covid, no qual invés de afastar se, empurrou um senhor com mais 20 anos que o segurança, com problemas e reformado por invalidez, por problemas na coluna, provocando com empurrão, uma queda apararosa do senhor. É lamentável uma loja deste gabarito, contratar gentalha sem formação, sem atitude correta para que desempenha se uma abordagem correta! Até porque tirei o curso do mesmo, e a abordagem feita, foi totalmente errada deste a primeira atitude. Senhor chateado apenas reclamava, não mostrou que estava a ameaçar ninguém fisicamente, e nem verbalmente, porque motivo a abordagem do segurança foi encostar se e fazer peito? Só se a funcionária da caixa ser a mulher dele e reagiu mal logo por um simples reclamar do cliente... Muito feio mesmo!
