Desde que abriram a loja online, tenho sido cliente assídua e há a salientar o brio com que as encomendas chegam a casa. A atenção dispensada ao cliente é impecável. Aconselho muito. Estive na feira do Mel e da Castanha na Lousã estavam botas marcadas a 20€ confirmei com a funcionária o preço e após experimentar e decidir comprar também uma mala chegou outra funcionária visto a loja estar cheia e alteraram o preço. Já não era 20€mas sim 25€.Não comprei e dado que vou muitas vezes à Lousã não recomendo. I didn't get a good impression of the store. I was at the fair of Mel and Castanha in Lousã were boots marked at 20 € I confirmed with the employee the price and after trying and deciding to buy a suitcase also arrived another employee since the store was full and changed the price. It was no longer 20 € but 25 €. I did not buy and since I often go to Lousã I do not recommend.
