D	DAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant , wonderful host Luisa was very welcoming and helpful with all sorts of information. Perfect location , very central for this city which is easy to navigate. Appartment clean and comfortable. Only one issue if elderly or not that fit, there are many stairs .
C	Cary LO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good, right next to the old town. 5-10 mins to either the central old town or the Ribeira. The room is big, with pretty furniture. The garden is nice. We had several little problems with the apartment but the reception has been very helpful and fast reaction.

V	Vandana Pandian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place you have to stay if you are in Porto The view from the balcony and location is unparalleled. It doesnt get better than this. We were easily able to walk to riberia and the city center. We were able to experience the city like locals. The staff gave us great food recommendations and helped us avoid the touristy things. Very modern and clean, I would love to live in an apartment like this. There is also a nice little outlook of the city around the corner with nice places to get bites and drinks.
김	김지홍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the WORST place I’ve ever stayed!!!! Don’t stay here and make your precious memory in Porto the worst. The room was not quite normal, nothing special. But!! It was not that clean, the sheets of the bedding were not clean and soggy. The bathroom had seriously disgusting toilet smell. The worst thing was they didn’t make up the room ever during our 3 night stay, even after we requested them to do that twice!!!!! We re-used dirty used towels every time. This place is the worst, seriously.
D	Derek Couper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to review this hotel because I think (contrary to - and perhaps because of - my original expectations) it was probably the most impressive accomodation I have ever stayed in. The hotel entrance is in an unassuming backstreet of Porto and the reception area is very ordinary and unremarkable. Our apartment/room was on the top floor of the building and it is advertised on Booking.com as the Penthouse (although the price suggested it was a normal apartment, just on the top floor with a slightly better view). However, the room itself was massive and it had the most extraordinary view over all of the city of Porto and over the river. The balcony was large enough to have a table and chairs on it, and there were two separate entrances to the balcony area, each via double doors (see picture). As I mentioned, the room was very large and it was stylishly decorated throughout with a contemporary feel. I will definitely try to stay here the next time I'm in Porto, although I expect it may be booked up for a while to come, now that the secret is out!
