Fui e estavam com muito trabalho eu compreendo que estava stressados por causa do trabalho e estavam a mandar vir uns com os outros mas os clientes não tem culpa disso, falavam mal para os clientes e davam respostas rudes. Estavam de trombas para os clientes. Eu trabalho nisso e apesar de eu estar mal, ter muito trabalho e estar stressada eu não deixo de atender bem um cliente ou de falar mal para ele. Isto é para que vocês possam melhorar o vosso serviço.
Employee friendliness is very bad. I went and they were with a lot of work I understand that I was stressed because of work and they were ordering to come with each other but the customers are not to blame, they spoke badly to the customers and gave rude answers. They were in their trunks for the customers. I work on it and even though I'm feeling bad, having a lot of work and being stressed I don't stop serving a client well or speaking ill to him. This is so that you can improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais commandé une boisson rafraichissante et cela m'a été servie dans un verre à la propreté plus que douteuse et j'ai donc bu par la canette de soda. L'hygiène est très importante dans un établissement vendant des produits alimentaires comme les bars et restaurants. D'autant plus en cette période de pandémie. C'est sans doute le verre le plus sale qu'on met servi de toute ma vie.
De plus, l'accueil n'est pas chaleureuse et j'avais l'impression de dérangé !
I had ordered a refreshing drink and it was served to me in a more than questionable cleanliness glass so I drank by the can of soda. Hygiene is very important in an establishment selling food products such as bars and restaurants. All the more so in this period of pandemic. It's arguably the dirtiest glass we've ever used in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma tristeza. O trabalho e qualidade do Sr. Pires não está a ter seguimento. Hoje de manhã, nem sequer chapéus de sol nas mesas cá fora. Bolos ao sol por não baixarem a cortina da montra. Uma mísera fatia de fiambre num croissant que pedi. Nem sequer têm noções das capitações definidas por lei. E á noite fecham às 20h, quando dantes era às 23h-24h. Enfim, às vezes basta um martelo para arrasar aquilo que os séculos construíram...
A sadness. Mr. Pires' work and quality is not being followed up. This morning, not even parasols on the tables outside. Cakes in the sun for not lowering the window curtain. A meager slice of ham on a croissant I ordered. They do not even have notions of capitation defined by law. And at night they close at 20h, when it was before 23h-24h. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection could be a bit more varried, but what is available is good quality. Friendly and quick servide. Great for breakfast after or before going to the market. And of course having breakfast while looking over the Atlantic is always different and unique!
