★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora quem recebeu os produtos como presente goste imenso do produto tenho a dizer que não fiquei agradado com o serviço de apoio ao cliente.
Ao receber o produto começo a ver que está a sair um líquido da embalagem e que era, infelizmente um dos frascos que estava partido.
Contactei a Piri Piri & Co, comprovei que o frasco estava partido e prontificaram-se a enviar novo frasco, até hoje.
Já passou 1 mês, já enviei novo email a perguntar quando enviariam o frasco pois era para oferecer e não obtive resposta o que não acho correto.
Although those who received the products as a gift really like the product, I have to say that I was not pleased with the customer support service.
When I receive the product, I start to see that a liquid is coming out of the package and that it was, unfortunately, one of the bottles that was broken.
I contacted Piri Piri & Co, verified that the bottle was broken and they were ready to send a new bottle, until today.
It's been 1 month, I've sent a new email asking when they would send the bottle because it was to offer and I didn't get an answer, which I don't think is correct.
