 Usual friendliness in the service. Food well presented, pity apple pie is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentativa de simpatia pelos funcionários, que tudo fazem com as limitações existentes. Dificuldade de serviço, mesmo com poucos clientes. Falta de condimentos e produtos, quando lá estive não havia algumas bebidas e condimentos para as pizzas.
A verificação do teste ou vacinação é feita a olho, pelo que fui informado, por imposição da direção.
Muito tempo entre a chegada, o pedido e o início do serviço, com três mesas ocupadas.
Não gostei do serviço, mesmo com todo o esforço dos funcionários.
Attempt to be sympathetic by employees, who do everything within existing limitations. Difficulty of service, even with few customers. Lack of condiments and products, when I was there there weren't some drinks and condiments for the pizzas.
The verification of the test or vaccination is done by eye, as far as I was informed, by imposition of the direction.
Long time between arrival, order and start of service, with three tables occupied.
I didn't like the service, even with all the effort of the employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há uma hora e meia à espera que me entreguem uma pizza. Ligaram que estava atrasado e ia demorar vinte minutos porque tinham muitos cliente e não estavam à espera (???) passado uma hora o estafeta liga a perguntar qual o prédio e! ele responde estou na morada errada. Sério?!
I've been waiting an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered. They called that I was late and it was going to take twenty minutes because they had a lot of customers and they weren't waiting (???) after an hour the courier calls asking which building is! he replies I'm at the wrong address. Serious?!

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra tomato sauce in take away, got 2 pizzas without tomato sauce! I must have taken the prankster shift! 1 star for your incompetence!

A nossa experiência foi simpatica, sem ter sido deslumbrante uma vez que a variedade das pizzas é reduzida e ao comermos as fatias de pizza reparamos que já estariam prontas há um bom tempo... posto isto, é uma opção no Forum a considerar.
The Pizza Hut at Forum Castelo Branco is a space that offers affordable meals with reasonable quality. Our experience was nice, without being dazzling since the variety of pizzas is reduced and when we eat the pizza slices we noticed that they would have been ready for a long time... that said, it is an option to consider on the Forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good spot to have a meal, it's nice and cozy, and the food is consistent and for the most part nice. (Not particularly happy with the salads though, they are not that good, at least the one I tried.) At times the staff can be some what inconveniente. I'd recommend it.
