Não tinha qualquer crocancia na massa e a massa parecia crua. Espero que melhorem este pormenores visto que estão no incio. Espero um dia voltar a comer na pizza hut de lamego e esta situação da massa estar resolvida,porque a vossa faz a diferença mas assim torna-se só mais uma. Obrigado Cumprimentos e bom ano I'm a great fan of pizza hut, I've tasted all the pizzas with all the pastas and I can guarantee that this pasta is not the best I've ever eaten, in fact it's the worst, I asked for thin dough and it looked like soft kneaded dough. There was no crunchiness in the dough and the dough looked raw. I hope you improve these details as they are at the beginning. I hope one day to go back to eating at the pizza hut in lamego and this pasta situation will be resolved, because yours makes a difference but that way it becomes just one more. Muito boa localização, na cidade , primeiro impacto com o restaurante, super positivo e acolhedor . Em hora calma fui bem acolhido e explicaram - me como encomendar se assim fosse a minha escolha. Atendido por uma colaboradora atenciosa e educada, com vontade de ajudar o cliente e restaurante . Na entrega , colaborador também simpático e empático e a comida entregue a tempo e horas , quente e boa apresentação. Recomendado First experience with home delivery. Passei o jantar a ver a senhora (Carla punha na etiqueta ) que cortava as pizzas e as metia nas caixas a gritar com os seus companheiros sem qualquer tipo de contençao. É um local novo com muita afluencia é normal que ainda nao se esteja habituado, ao ritmo de trabalho, gritar com os companeiros nao ajudou certamente. Se fosse eu mandava a tomar num certo sitio e deixava a ela a fazer tudo sozinha ja que parece achar saber fazer tudo melhor que todos. Uma pena pois era pra ter sido uma noite agradável..mas tivemos que comer as pressas de tanto frio que estava dentro do restaurante. I was at the pizzeria yesterday. Very cold place without any heating... and with that the pizza arrives cold. I don't recommend eating there in winter. A pity because it was supposed to be a pleasant night..but we had to eat in a hurry because it was so cold inside the restaurant.

Esperei imenso tempo por uma pizza encomendada por telefone, porque quando chego não sabiam da minha encomenda. Espero ser apenas uma fase de adaptação (que a meu ver já vai longa). Quando tiver melhores experiências corrijo a minha avaliação. Place with a lot of lack of organization still. Supervisor always yelling at colleagues, which certainly won't help. Fazem a pizza, tempo de espera interminável, sem consciência de que o erro foi da equipa. No final vêm dizer que a pizza tem ingredientes trocados. Como se eu tivesse culpa a funcionária fala de forma arrogante. Não volto. Péssima experiência. Total confusion! I ordered by phone. I arrive at the restaurant and are told the paper has been lost. They make the pizza, endless waiting time, unaware that it was the team's mistake. In the end, they say that the pizza has different ingredients. As if it was my fault the employee speaks arrogantly. I'm not coming back. Bad experience.
