Serviço péssimo no que respeita a assumir um erro.
Enganaram-se no pedido, após reclamação fizeram a troca e a funcionária que fez a entrega reclamou por eu ter falado com o seu superior.

O cliente nem sempre tem razão mas neste caso tem. E tem também o poder de escolher onde compra e onde gasta o seu dinheiro...
A falta de humildade em reconhecer um erro, por acaso num valor pequeno, de um cliente semanal, a dificuldade que demonstram ter em fazer um coisa tão simples como esta, é de lamentar!!!
Mas que corra tudo bem com a vossa empresa, infelizmente sem o meu dinheiro! Fico por aqui..
