N	Nic Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have wood oven. Nice. But it's cheap mozzarella cheese, carbonara it's very strange taste to. I'm Italian but they have zero idea what Italian food is, sorry not anymore.

But mind this“Italian Restaurant“ I am European and my wife South American, we travel a lot, business and leisure. This Service we received above the poor food was jawdropping? 1. Food did come only after asking three waiters and it took more than a while 2. Spaghetti and Linguine were over cooked and only fork&knife was given, no Spoons. 3.No Parmesan or pepper arrived for Pasta 4. No Childseat offered or“something“to keep the small one busy. 5. at last no bill was given after asking again the three waiters, cool but we still pay our food lol. 6. Bill war WRONG?, more charged than ordered. Try the Food Court inside the mall instead, its better food and you get your order within time?? Enjoy the Algarve!!

R	Richard Roden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 3.00pm, ordered 2 pizzas and received them 45 minutes later with no apologies. Manager: monosyllable at best. The antipathy of service. Good pizza however!

Waiter was a bit grumpy, but assumed that it was because of the hour, 9pm. Ordered garlic bread and the "couvert" to be told there was no bread either. We went ahead and ordered our meals anyway. Got my chicken and it was pink inside. Sent it back and asked for it to be cooked a little longer. 20 minutes later, as my wife had finished her meal already, and after seeing other meals leave the kitchen, I was finally brought a burned piece of chicken. I refused it and asked for the bill and the complaints book. The manager came over and tried to sell me a different dish or dessert, but no complaints book was brought. Repeated myself several times for the bill until I had to raise my voice. Never got the complaints book, but by that time we just wanted to leave. Would never go there again.

We have been coming here since the day it opened, but tonight was the last time, prices have rocketed and the food has good dramatically downhill. shocking and a waste of money for mediocre food and bad service. go elsewhere. shame as it was fab.
P	Peter Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and beautifully cool indoors on a 38°C day. Now for the main part, the food. These were, without doubt, some of the best pizzas we've EVER had!!!! Amazing, astonishing, awesome. Just three superlatives (in alphabetical order ) that we used repeatedly with each other during the consuming of these wondrous creations. We noticed the people next to us had half a pizza each with various salads. This would normally be a nice option to have BUT you cannot waste half a plate on salads here, when you could have a WHOLE pizza. They are stunning!!
