★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making a order was a horrible experience I wanted to add one more ingredient and they refuse by telling me it is a gourmet pizza chef does not please clients. I offer my self to pay for that extra ingredient but still I got no for a answer. Garlic bread had no garlic and was super dry, pizza was ok but everything seems preheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered home delivery. Order was placed by website, which was very helpful, then I received a call from staff - guy was very friendly, and told me expected time of delivery. I ordered Hawaian pizza but unfortunatelly the dough was very thin, and ham looked and tasted like the cheapest. So for pizza was overpriced. It wasnt bad, but I will never again order from here.

The dough was tasting ok but wasn't well made!! the capers that was saved in salt wasn't washed before be put on the pizza, normally I add salt on everything, but first time in my life I wish I could remove it! Reminds me of when the lid of the salt falls off. Uneatable! Really too much, or not enough!!! Minus ten! In the end I even vomited it, my body could not hold it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizzas are quite filling even tough the base is thin. The Nossa pizza was really good, the barbecue pizza had a good portion of meat, perhaps not the best to my taste. We were supposed to wait 1h20 for delivery but the delivery man came within 1h. Good and friendly service.

I tried to order a pizza online and the site glitched so many times that I had to call instead. I called Pizza Tuga and ordered the Peasant Pizza from their menu. The man on the phone said he didn't know what pizza I meant and it doesn't exist. He said to call out the ingredients and so I called them out. When it came to payment he was charging over 15 euro for the pizza as it had 4 toppings; even though it is 12.30euro on the menu. I explained it was on the menu and then he agreed it was 12.30euro. I asked could I pay by phone and he said yes. I gave hi my long card number, expiry and CV2. He confirmed the payment.
The delivery driven then arrived with the pizza 1 hour later and asked for payment by card. I explained I had paid over the phone. He had to ring the store, who told him no I needed to pay there that they haven't processed the payment. I do not own a physical card, hence paying virtually over the phone. They had no other option for me as I didn't have cash either.
The result was driving my order away.
Tennis Pizza is a great alternative and I suggest ordering from there and not Pizza Tuga as the whole process start to finish was an ordeal.
