I ordered a pizza containing ham by mistake and when it arrived I asked the waitress if I could change it for another pizza. She responded that either I would have to order and pay for a second pizza, or she could give me a plate to pick off the ham onto! The waitress was very unfriendly and not understanding- normally a restaurant resolves this kind of issue free of charge as a goodwills gesture to their client, not making them buy another dish.
And she also commented that she “didn’t know what country I was from, and she said in Portugal we have ham…”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times now over the last year, the service is always really good as is the food. Simple straight forward, does as it says on the tin, decent quality food and a nice central location!
Definitely recommend.
