Desde o ano passado que justifiquei a minha ausência nos últimos 3 meses de contrato, quer por mudança de residência (que foi o que aconteceu), quer por atestado médico (que foi o que os funcionários me propuseram, de forma a contornar as regras, a fazer). Posto isto, pensei que o problema estivesse resolvido mas não. Cobraram-me 160€ com empresas de cobranças ao barulho (tendo sido 100€ de mensalidades e 60€ de custos administrativos dessas empresas de CHULOS, com todas as letras). São uns verdadeiros ladrões e lidam com os clientes como meros objetos. Uma VERGONHA! São uma verdadeira miséria, uns pedintes e uns pedantes. A começar pelo Rúben, que, tal como os seus patrões, trata os clientes como lixo. Deviam ter vergonha na cara e nunca mais aparecer em público. Miserável. If you were the owner of this company, you would have the greatest shame in your face. Since last year, I have justified my absence in the last 3 months of the contract, either by change of residence (which is what happened), or by a medical certificate (which is what the employees proposed to me, in order to circumvent the rules, to do). That said, I thought the problem was solved but not. They charged me 160€ with noise collection companies (with 100€ in monthly fees and 60€ in administrative costs from these CHULOS companies, with all the letters). They are real thieves and deal with customers as mere objects. A shame! They are a real misery, beggars and pedants. Starting with Reuben, who, like his bosses, treats customers like garbage. They should be embarrassed and never appear in public again. Miserable.

The Personnal Trainer (Ricardo) is very kind, professional and with great experience (highly recommended). Pedro (for pilates sessions) is alazing. The assessment done by Filipa is great and well define your targets (fitness and diet)
