★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. 4 colaboradoras à conversa sem qq interesse na fila de espera, sendo que ainda justificam que devia ter ido ao balcão dizer que estava para atendimento. Nunca pediram desculpa, tentaram sempre deitar as culpas para o lado cliente. Por fim nem perguntaram se tinha cartão cliente. Péssimo
Very good service. 4 collaborators to the conversation without qq interest in the queue, and still justify that I should have gone to the counter to say that I was to attend. Pedi uma marca de shampoo e disse que não existia e a colega ouviu e imediatamente lhe colocou na mão o referido produto.E disse que não era a marca que eu pedi e disse que a marca era Edol ao que respondi ser nome do laboratório pois a marca é ZP Dermil.
Insinuou que eu era velha e o meu nome não condiz com a pessoa por eu ter dito que para a proxima vez antes de dizer que a narca não existe perguntasse à colega...
Sou cliente desde o inicio e nunca vi nada assim...
